Who am I and my background.
Sportsman from a young age I have always considered physical activity to be an integral part of my lifestyle.
Having alternated between team and individual sports such as Football and Basketball. I then turned to the practice of Boxing at the age of 12, then naturally by Thai Boxing at 17. I then started bodybuilding at the age of 23 to finally finish with Rugby in parallel. Thanks to this past and in particular to food I was able among other things to develop certain qualities such as strength, endurance, flexibility, muscle mass ...
After 7 years of work in safety and today certified Personal trainer and Coach in nutrition by the Fitness Academy of Luxembourg I now wish to provide my services and my knowledge in the art of supporting people wishing to obtain better general health; or athletes wishing to improve physically while respecting your body in a progressive and educational way.
Confidence seriousness and partnership are the key words when you call on me. We will make you a better version of yourself in all aspects of your health, whether physical or mental.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Mens sana in corpore sano.
In order to grow an organism like the human body needs to return to its comfort zone in order to expand it. A sudden exit from this area causes intense stress and disruption of our body. If we repeat this way of working over and over again our health will suffer in the long run. If we also do nothing this is the path to ill health. This is why I advocate the smooth and gradual change of each person in order to avoid injury disgust and abandonment. The zone of optimal functioning of any organism is the comfort zone. it is our starting point.
I will teach you and guide you to expand it through progressive training and healthy eating.
